It seems when we've value such as: <S100404>0.04</S100404>, they convert to 4{ as opposed to a "D" as they should. Basically anything defined with numeric max 8 with 2 sig digits convert this way. This is an example of 449-EE or Compound Ingredient Drug Cost.
