I have converted to Stylus Studio 4.6 from 4.0 and have lost all the graphical links in my XML Mapper. Please let me know how to fix the problem.

can you give us more details on the problem. are there any changes involve
default namespace in your xml file.

it would be much easier for us to understand the problem if you can send us
your xslt + xml file.
