How do you pass parameters to external processors such as XT that expects param_name=value after the rest of the command line?

For MSXSL and Xalan-J, yes; not when you use the custom processor setting.

For custom processors you can manually specify additional parameters on the
custom command line that you enter in the scenario properties.

Could we have that in the next release please. i.e the use of %4 etc for parameter values

The real problem is that "custom processors" could each use a different
syntax to pass parameters; rather than a %4, we will need to ask you in a
different edit field about the argument name to be used to pass parameters.
It will be done.
