Author: Thomas Hsiao

I am curious about the feature, offered in Stylus StudioŽ 2006 XML Enterprise Edition,Generate Java-XML Bindings Using JAXB.
What JAXB version does it supports, 1.? Or 2.0?
Otherwise, what is the timeframe it shall support JAXB 2.0?
Thanks

Stylus Studio 2006 bundles build 1.0.5-b16-fcs.

You can download version 2.0 of JAXB and overwrite the classes bundled with Stylus Studio, making sure you also add all the dependencies (especially the newly introduced dependency on the streaming API for XML library, sjsxp); Stylus Studio stores his bundled copy under:
<stylusinstall>\bin\lib\jaxb

Stylus Studio will upgrade its bundled JAXB copy to 2.0 as soon as possible; there are some licensing issues about the streaming API for XML library on which we still need to work.

Hope this helps,
Minollo
