I have to generate DTD from the XSD file (with include tag) I have. IS there any way I can do that with Stylus Studio?

XML Schema is so much richer than DTD that converting XSD to DTD is a pretty unusual and not well defined task.

You can probably achieve something similar to what you are looking for in Stylus Studio:
- First create an XML document from an XML Schema (for example through File | Document Wizards... > XML Schema to XML)
- In the new document, remove the attribute referencing the XML schema on the root element
- Select XML|Create Schema from XML Content... and choose an external DTD
