(Deleted User) Subject: Deploying Conversion XML to EDI
Author: (Deleted User)

Hello,

I am trying to get a handle on deploying a conversion from XML to EDI. I have looked at the docs and seen the demos and samples on line.

It does not appear that Class ConverterFactory Supprts an XSLT argument to get directly to the end result.

I have:
An XML source file.
An XSLT file that I have created with Stylus…. Great

In the “studio” I can save a secondary XML file generated by the tools as EDI and get the correct ouput.

Why can’t I find an example of java that will simply take the arguments of source.xml conv.xsl and edi.output.filename and be done with it?

Is a two step conversion the only way to do it?

Help…

Thank you
Respectfully
Mike
