Hello,
I just purchased Stylus Studio 5. Before that I was evaluating the evaluation version of Stylus Studio 4.6.
I downloaded the full version and installed it. But when I run the application, it is asking me to register which I already did when I downloaded the eval.
So I uninstalled and reinstalled the software. But it is still asking me to register.
It does not make sense because before purchasing we entered all the details. Also I cannot register because I already did when I downloaded the eval.

Can you give us more details about where you downloaded the 5.0 version
from? Was it from Digital River?

Yes. I downloaded it right after the credit card purchase.
Also your email does not seem to be working. The replies bounce back.

Dear Sirs,

I'm bothered by the following problem:

After a major harddisk crash of my PC < Win XP pro > i had to reïnstall Stylus Studio 4.6. After starting the program, i'm asked to register my copy of Stylus Studio 4.6 first.
But i can't find any way to register my copy of SS 4.6

I hope U have a solution or workaround.

Contact our sales group at stylusstudio (at) stylusstudio.com and
explain the situation, and they'll be able to help you out. 4.6
isn't supported anymore.
