Thanks for the Information

You are running XML Converters 3.0 (build 1050h) and the data file seems to be fine.

Are you able to capture the full Java stack-trace when the error occurs?

We will try to setup a Debian Machine on our side, but it may take some time.

Sorry, the file is not where it fails and the conversion is mbox type (before we convert the attached file in the mbox file)

ERROR : DataDirectParserException Unable to convert from payload type [[B], error is: com.ddtek.xmlconverter.exception.ConverterException: String index out of range: -6.

converter:mbox

file is attached

When I run the Command line class on the file it converts it without any issues using

java -classpath .:EDI-0.0.1.jar:XMLConverters.jar:mail-1.4.1.jar CmdLine /to /adapter converter:mbox /in sample.mbox > sample.xml

Unknownsample.mbox
sample mbox file

If the command-line works the error is not specific to Debian OS, without a complete stack-trace it will be very difficult for us to help
