When you go to open the file, select the native file (the .csv file),
and then check the 'use xml converter' box. When you press [Open],
at that point you select the Custom XML Converters option and attach
the .conv file.

If this isn't exactly where you were and what you did, could you type
in _exactly_ the steps you used?

Ok I just downloaded the Enterprise trial version and watched the videos a dozen times about saving a text to XML conversion once completed. I then tried to open the original text file using the conversion I just made but it is not an option? I again watched every detail but the conversion is not saved to the custom XML conversion folder and again is not a option to open. Although in the video it does it quite nice for you and is an option for the guy who made the video.

If this is the case because it is a trial version, I understand but there is nothing that states that in your video tutorials. So therefore I am concluding that I am doing something wrong please let me know as soon as possible about this?

Somewhere there is a disconnect between us; I mean, literally what
steps do you do. Like this:

File
Open
Select the file
Check the 'XML Converter' box
Press the Open button...

Since we can't see what you're doing, this is the next best thing.
