Jeff GallinSubject: Error trying to open a file
Author: Jeff Gallin

We are using Stylus Studio 6 and have changed our domain and usernames so all users have a new profile. We reinstalled the software for a user but still, anytime they try to open a file in SS, it just closes out. If you log on with admin credentials, its fine. This used to work fine. Any ideas?

What Stylus Studio version are you running (Help|About)? Are .dmp and .log files created in the Stylus Studio \bin directory? If yes, can you email them to stylus-field-report@stylusstudio.com?

Thanks,
Minollo
