When I try to create an xml outfile using the the XML SQL, I am getting this as the output.

<?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?>
<root>
ZC.jdbc.jxtr.JXTRDriverPassThruClob@1c7e2da
ZC.jdbc.jxtr.JXTRDriverPassThruClob@1fe571f
</root>

Some tables give results and some dont. Can someone tell me why?

Thanks

which Stylus Studio version are you running?
How the SQL/XML query looks like?
What type are the columns you are selecting?

which Stylus Studio version are you running?
2007 Enterprise suite

How the SQL/XML query looks like?
I simply dragged and dropped the table from the list of tables. I actually followed the video sample in the site.

What type are the columns you are selecting?
I am selecting all the columns from the table. The table contains varchar2 and number fields.

Which Database and version?
Oracle 9i

If I select another table, I am getting the results. Its only with this table its not working.

The column you are trying to select is CLOB (character large object) that is not supported by SQL/XML.

Could you please try to use XQuery?

Hope this helps
