Getting following error when validating a XML document

file:///c:/RCTTAX.XML:1,1674: Not enough values specified for <unique> identity constraint for element 'OTH_INFO'.

What does this mean exactly? When I try other validating products the error does not come up and file comes back as valid.

Hi,
could you attach the XSD and the XML files? The message indicates that the <unique> constraint is referencing nodes that are not found in the XML, but it could be a bug in the Xerces parser.

Only get message when using XCERES validator. If I choose .NET XML Parser it comes back as valid. Is there an update for XCERES validator?
