Hello, I get this message when trying to convert a flat file to XML

Can't encode 0xf in text

What does this mean?

0x0F is not a valid character for XML 1.0.
It means that somewhere you are trying to take source data that
contains that character and emit it as XML content.
Either you need to not output that field, or change the datatype
to do a proper conversion.
