Hi, I'm using project files with SS4 and all scenario informations should be saved in the project file (Options|Module Settings|XSLT Editor|XSLT Settings|Save Scenario Meta-Information In The Stylesheet is not checked). I've posted this problem before with build 88. Now I can demonstrate the error:
In the zip file are some files. Expand these files into a folder. Double click on Transform.prj, SS4 starts and opens the project. There are three files associated with the project. The second file (MaxxIn.xsl) has one associated scenario "Debug". But don't open any file in SS4! Only the project pane (with the tree view of the project) should be open. Move the second file (MaxxIn.xsl) with the mouse one position up in the project pane (drag the file to the item "Transform" in the tree view and release the mouse button). Press ALT+F4 to exit SS4. The "Save Documents" box appears with Transform.prj as changed document. Press ENTER to save Transform.prj and close the box (and SS4). Now there is no scenario anymore in the project file Transform.prj! You can compare it with the file TransformOri.prj. This file equals to Transform.prj before opening in SS4.

yes, we found this issue before releasing BL91, but the fix didn't make it.
It will be in the next updated build.
