Tom SSubject: Evaluation Copy Installation Problem

I received an evaluation copy from a friend, did the install, received a message that the evaluation period was over. Uninstalled and rebooted. Downloaded an evaluation copy, fresh install, up pops a registration dialog, fill it out and up pops the expired message again. Uninstalled, cleaned registry, rebooted, reinstalled same thing
What do I need to do to get the install to work? - I am assuming a file or registry entry has not been cleared out.

Did you received the activation key via email?

If yes did the activation succeeded?
