Hi,
Is "image to XML" is possible?
if so is it possible to convert that same XML file back to original image????
Help me out plz..

What do you mean by "image to XML"? Are you talking about
OCR to make a text document from a bitmap?

Actually we are splitting the video file into number of frames (JPEG format).Then that JPEG file has to be converted to XML format.
Then the XML should again be converted to JPEG images and in turn back to origianl video.
I don't whether it is possible to convert that each frames(JPEG images) to XML format and XML file to JPEG images back.

While it is possible to convert individual files to XML (at the
very worse, by including them as base64; see
http://www.stylusstudio.com/binary_xml.html for more), that probably
isn't the best use of XML if the files have any significant size.
