1. Excelon does not like any encoding except UTF-8.
2. Excelon, either through the use of the built in MS XML / XSL parsers or through some other functionality, does not correctly handle some simple European characters:

Specifically (enya, euro, cedilla, degree etc): ñ€¿

see attached simple XML and XSL for an example of how it does not handle these chars. This is critical for use in Europe.

Oops..."International" not "Internaltional"
