John PetrieSubject: Error in SS X14 syntax highlighting of XML
Author: John Petrie
Date: 14 Sep 2017 02:30 AM
Lowercase "L" is highlighted as if it is in an element tag (orange) when it is at the end of a word or line. Anywhere else, it is fine.

For example, in
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> only the l in xml is orange.

Similarly, in
<met_type>Label</met_type> the l is orange (but would not be if it were
<met_type>Labeled</met_type>
If the l is at the end of a line or word in a multiline value, it is also highlighted.

Very annoying (mainly because lowercase l in orange is almost impossible to see!)

Hi John,

Thank you for your feedback.

I don't see this happening in X16, could you please download the latest trial a give it a try?

Unfortunately version X14 is no longer supported.
If your AUP is current you can update for free.
