Matt DawsonSubject: Tools \ Keyboard not showing all assigned shortcuts
Author: Matt Dawson
Date: 27 Jun 2006 08:27 PM
Hi,

The Tools\Keyboard option doesn't seem to show all of the "assigned shortcuts", even though they are obviously assigned and work. Specific example is that in Enterprise 2006 r3 I check the shortcuts for Debug:Start Debugging. In the Debug menu it states that F5 triggers this, but in the Tools\Keyboard dialog it doesn't show this shortcut, though others such as File:Open do display the assigned shortcut. Any idea what is causing this?

As an aside, a "Show all keyboard shortcuts" button (to show a list of all assignments) in this dialog would make working with them much easier. As it is its very difficult to determine whether a keyboard shortcut is assigned/available unless you know what it might already be assigned to.

Thanks,
Matt
