Hannah ClementSubject: Contains an invalid path
Author: Hannah Clement

I have just installed Stylus Studio 2008 Enterprise Edition, release 2. When i try to open a file it comes up with an error message, with the name of the document i am trying to open then, 'contains an invalid path'. Stylus Studio 2007 opens this document fine.

I believe the error may be because the path to the DTD does not exist. Is there a setting within SS 2008 that i can change so that it doesn't try and resolve the paths within my document and just opens the document?

Thanks
Hannah

Hi Hannah,
there have been reports of errors when dealing with some UNC paths; can you try mapping the network resource to a local drive, and use the local path instead of the UNC one?

Hope this helps,
Alberto
