Jason BurkeSubject: Using Xalan in XMLSpy 4.2
Author: Jason Burke

I'm trying to get XML Spy 4.2 to use Xalan. So, I went to Tools, Options, XSL and entered the path to my xalan.jar in the "External XSL Transformation program" text box. But, it wants something in the form of "Program.exe %1 %2 %3"
I would have expected it to just want the path to the jar, not the arguments. How can I set it up to use Xalan with 4.2?

Use Stylus Studio! :)
We natively support XalanJ; we even allow step-by-step debugging and
back-mapping using XalanJ as the processor.

You can download a free eval version of version 4.0 from our web site
(http://www.stylusstudio.com)

Are there any versions of Stylus Studio that run on Win98?

No. But it does run on all Windows XPs, including Home Edition.
