Amit daveSubject: Entity gets replaced when indent XML button clicked
Author: Amit dave

We have an external dtd that defines an entity we call &basepath; so that when we move the xsl around from server to server it always knows the right directory to check. However, whenever I click teh <..>. button it replaces the entity with the hard-coded value. Is there a way to turn this behavior off or define the entity in a differnet way so that this doesn't happen? thanks

Hi,
if the entity is placed inside an attribute value, it will be silently replaced by the XML parser used internally by Stylus Studio; only entity referenced placed in text nodes can be preserved.
