Jan VerhoekSubject: Data loss opening External schema
Author: Jan Verhoek

I'd like to inform you about a serious data loss problem with the latest release of SS. It occurs when:

Opening an existing XML-file.
If not yet associated with an external schema do so or generate one.
Then, on the 'Schema-tab' of the XML-file you will find the schema definition.
Just click the button 'Open external schema' once (selecting a schema is not neccesary)

Now go back to the 'Text-tab' and you'll notice that all data has gone!!!

Luckily SS provides .bak files.

A nasty bug indeed. It will be fixed in the coming maintenance package.

Thanks.
