hello
i'm imoprting one xml file which have xsd attached in it.and i'm imoprting this xml file in Excel.
but it is giving error(one field is imorted as text) for one field (CreationTime)which i specified as date type in xsd.

but if i defined CreationTime as string type in xsd it do not shows any error, imoprt the data properly but if i perform sorting on this field it sorts the values by taking it as string not as date.

and one field which i specified as Integer type in XSD,when i import it in excel it shows the cell format as General type. why this?

so please guide me accordingly

kanchan
