Hi all

Our needs for a particular Add-on of our product. We want to communicate to our customer and supplier thru XSD Schema/XML:
a) Based on XSD schema XML file, connect to several columns on several tables and database, and produce a XML file.
b) First we try SSIS solutions but for each XSD we must develop a VB or C# solution, is not the impossible, but we are looking/searching for a tools that design XQuery for we import and execute that for each XSD schematic file, our costumer send to us.
c) We have a web site, design/development/testing with ASP.NET MVC C# on VS 2012, and SQL Server 2012
d) Our views are also using JQuery UI and JQuery tools also.

So we did the download and we like the UI and products, but we can't found an example to do what we wand, because of that we put this topic for any one send clue or path for cut time for my testing.

Hello,

Your question is really about high level design to generate, validate and transmit data feeds in XML format.
Everything could be easily done by using combined power of both MS SQL Server SSIS 2012 and Stylus Studio.
I am doing it on daily basis.

Here it the outline of steps you need:
1. Run one generic SSIS Data flow task with the XML Destination.
It will produce one raw XML file on the file system.
2. For each customer/supplier run SSIS XSLT transformation Task in a loop.
XSLT is designed, developed and tested in Stylus Studio.
This step will produce desired data feeds in the XML format.
3. Run XSD validation SSIS task against the XSD contract.
XSD is designed, developed and tested in Stylus Studio.
4. Run SSIS FTP/SFTP task to transmit the XML data feed to the final destination.

This way you will have a reliable ETL engine/solution without developing a VB or C# based application or components.
All future changes will be done in XSLT and XSD layers which are text files in Stylus Studio.

Hi Paulo,

One option would be using the DataDirect XQuery engine which allows to query relational data and produce XML.

Have a look at the tutorial here
http://www.stylusstudio.com/videos/ddxqdemo/datadirectxquery.html

The documentation is located under the Stylus Studio folder
c:\Program Files (x86)\Stylus Studio X15 XML Enterprise Suite\Components\DataDirect XQuery\books\ddxquery\ddxqug\ddxqug.pdf

We can setup a conference call, at your convenience to discuss your requirements.
