Hi,

I intened to use XSLT transformation on a windows app. Does my client need connection to the internet to make it work?

For instance here is what typical header information is using in a XSLT file:

<?xml version="1.0"?>
<xsl:stylesheet xmlns:xsl="http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform" version="1.0"
xmlns:rs="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:rowset"
xmlns:z="#RowsetSchema">

Hence does it need access to: http://www.w3.org/1999/XSL/Transform in order to work?

Thanks,

~yamazed
