We installed Stylus Studio in a Citrix environment and now we are facing the following problem during Stylus startup.
Every time the user attempts to start the software, we get the following notification:
"Stylus Studio detected a change in your hardware configuration. In order to fully enable your license, Stylus Studio needs to connect to its server and re-activate your key."
When I click at the "Activate Stylus Studio" button, "processing" screen appears and eventually same "Activate Stylus Studio" screen appears again, causing infinite loop.
Is there any workaround for this problem? Currently the Stylus Studio does not work at all.
