After input new registration key I get unrecoverable error.

This is a known problem; it has been fixed in builds more recent than BL103i

Even if you get the crash, the upgrade progress should complete.

Thank for responding, but the upgrade does not finish. The button says "ok" and than there come the message " Stylus needs to be restarted". After restart the program uses 100% CPU and does'nt come back. The open network is not used.

information is correct.

Hello Carlo
Thanks for the test. But Stylus just hangs if I click the "help->about" even after this new key installation.The "Stylus Studio" start picture stays in the way.
I will be out until Monday, from now. So things are not that urgent.

then that's not a problem related to the upgrade.
It seems to be a problem related to the JVM configuration (the about dialog
box tries to load the JVM to understand what configuration it's using). You
are saying that you see the hang when you select help->about, right? If you
don't do that, you don't see any hang, right?

If that's the case, then try selecting the JVM settings page in the
Tools|Options dialog, and hitting the Auto-detect button; do that before
doing help->about.
Then close the application, restart it and see if help->about still has
problems.
