... and therefore it is trying to reactivate my key over and over again.
The root cause is that while connecting to VPN networks, Stylus wrongfully assumes my hardware changed and tries to reactivate. At that point it fails. I think Stylus is checking the wrong mac address on the wrong adapter, resulting in a license infringement. But I assure you that is not the case.
You have already reset our licenses a dozen times, but we are still experiencing this problem. Can this be solved without upgrading to a newer version?

Module versions: 377h
JVM: 1.5.0_08-b03 Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM Sun Microsystems Inc.

You are using a very old version of Stylus Studio. You should update to BL377o, available from http://www.stylusstudio.com/update/ent-63.html or http://www.stylusstudio.com/update/pro-63.html depending on which edition you are running.

Even better, you could upgrade to v2007 (http://www.stylusstudio.com/download); we have promotional prices for upgrading.

Ok, I will try to upgrade to the latest 6 release. Do we need to reset our license keys? Because your server probably thinks they're corrupted.

- In the next dialog I click on "Activate Stylus Studio"
- again there's a dialog "Hardware change detected blabla"
- In the next dialog I click on "Activate Stylus Studio"
- ...

I would expect that; can you email your activation key to stylus-field-report@progress.com ?

Thanks.

Upgrading to the latest 6 release and resetting the key helped solving my problem. Thanks!
