David ReesSubject: can't move Preview window to second monitor
Author: David Rees

When using multiple monitors I can't drag the Preview or other windows to my second monitor. Stylus Studio "warps" them back to the primary monitor. I assumes its verifying windows are on the screen and moving them there if it thinks they are off-screen, but its using the primary monitor's dimensions rather than the full multiple monitor dimensions.

thanks,

dave

David,
what Stylus version are you running? (Help | About)

Thanks,

I have found that you can move the preview to a different monitor as long as you initially keep the top of the preview window below the level of the tool bars of the Stylus Studio main window. You can then resize the preview window by dragging from the corners or edges. A strange behavior but you can work around it. Just don't try drag and drop the preview window once you have resized it. It will dock back to the main window.
