I have been using the Saxon processor as an external processor successfully on old build and now I am getting problems where when there are errors the processor stops with no output.

Yes, there is a problem in flushing the output when errors stop the
processor; and no preview mode is enabled when errors occur and no previous
run has successfully completed.
I'm not sure how previous builds could work... maybe you had a longer
output that got flushed?

Anyway, we are spinning BL100f which will contain this and another couple
of fixes.
