How can I tell which edition of Stylus Studio® I am using?

The easiest way to check your edition of Stylus Studio® is to click Help -> About Stylus Studio® on the Stylus Studio® menu. The product name appears right under the banner; the specific version and release you currently have installed appears in the 'Framework version' field. If the About Stylus Studio® dialog box makes no reference to any editions, then you're using an older (Release 5.3 and earlier) version of Stylus Studio®, which we have renamed Stylus Studio® XML Professional Suite, Release 2.

Will installing Stylus Studio® XML Home Edition, Release 2 interfere with the version of Stylus Studio® that I am already running on my computer?

No. Stylus Studio® XML Home Edition, Release 2 has a completely separate installation directory and registry settings, and it will not interfere with an installation of Stylus Studio® XML Professional Suite, Release 2 on the same computer.
