I want the following out put in xslt

Animal Number Subtype Item id name
1111 primary PCSD00111 prosjoi
PCSD**** aanesthesia
PCSD**** protocol
secondary PCSD0001 cjsahlsa
2222 primary PCSD00111 prosjoi
PCSD**** aanesthesia
PCSD**** protocol
2222 secondary PCSD0001 cjsahlsa
