GIF, JPEG... [other format] is prefered over XMLs as SVG.

Then when anyone is using GIFs, JPEGs for tasks SVG was designed is she/he
wrong? Or maybe she/he cannot SVG.

Mistake CSS is prefered over XSL-FO.
