RE: Percentage of web services supporting XML versus JSON

Just a final question about this stats:

If a web service is a RESTful one, and can serve both XML or JSON depending on the HTTP Accept header, is it considered to be on the XML or on the JSON side?

I believe many of these JSON web services also support XML, but they are counted as JSON, maybe because is their default when no specific content-type is requested.
