Databases book is available for free download at: http://graphdatabases.com. It has a chapter on data-modelling with graphs. I have been thinking of tables as a sub-class of trees, now I find that trees are a sub-class of graphs, I have to think that my formal education in this area was lacking somewhat (and some autodidacticism is now needed).
