Associating Style Sheets with XML documents 1.0 (Second Edition)
Hi there,

<http://www.w3.org/TR/xml-stylesheet/#PA-type> says:

"Some unregistered (as of the publication of this specification) media
types, such as text/xsl, are well-supported by existing implementations,
whereas some registered media types, such as application/xslt+xml, are not."

That is indeed the case for the *PI* (not recognized by IE8), but not
for the actual Content-Type used when serving the XSLT (where IE is
happy with the registered media type).

Maybe it's time to actually register text/xml, stating what it is and
where it is needed?

Best regards, Julian
