Can you outline what XML features that are planned in this version of SQL ?

Also, on the matter of academics and publishing papers ... let me
remind u that many of the top 1000 companies (some of whom might
implement a standard such as SQL5) are headed by CEO's with little
education ... to convince them, u don't need to speak english or
russian, just speak in spreadsheets that illustrates economic
advantages; they may care less if the technology itself appropriate.
