This idea (publishing outside Russia), stated verbally, shifted me
to make this. What issues would be the most suitable from your
point of view ?

write textual description [with comparisons and question of migration],
publish outside Russia,
emigrate,
join consortium [if i would know to what :) ].

In the same time, i suppose, it's too later to change project name.
