Bussines model idea.

Idea for a bussines model:

Much more people use images than 3D models. Anyway Its posible to
create a website that able do upload 3d models with 3DS, MD3, blender,
DXF, etc..format, and able the server export this models to X3D. And
host this models. The bussines model can be ads. Theres already tons
of websites that use this bussines model for 2D images.

you can provide the users with links

you can return a screenshot of the 3d stuff as image/jpg if this is
linked externally. And give a normal html page if visited, with the
plugin html code or whatever to show the X3D model.

Users get hosted and a conveniente tutorial for people that need to
install the plugin. You get ads money and a huge collection of 3d
models.

Video -> YouTube
X3D -> ???

A key here is able to convert from popular formats (3DS, DXF, MD3,..)
to X3F. A gratefull degradation can also be nice. If the user
can't/dont want to install a plugin, can be a nice feature to provide
a automatic screenshots slideshow.
