other peoples.

The xml-bin permathread is currently biased towards my standpoint because I 
think I've refuted the points; if somebody makes a detailed refutation of my 
points that isn't just down to misunderstanding or the old "IF IT'S NOT WHAT 
XML 1.0 STATES IT'S NOT XML SO SHUT UP THERE CAN BE NO MORE INNOVATION" 
argument, then I'll put those up too.

Ideally, that page should short out all the factual debates, leaving just 
open-ended statements about unknown or undecidable things.
