True.  I had it there because the documentation 
explicitly names that value as being semantically 
meaningful.  Thanks for the help, Seairth.

XML Schemas, XML or not, benefit from tools. 
I'm doing something in a hurry here, and the 
PTB (powers that be) don't see the need for 
the tools.  Yet. ;-)

BTW:  just curious.  How does one pronounce 
your first name?

And that could be easily fixed by changing it to :
"NN|NB|BB|0[1-9]|[1-9][0-9]"

(the "99" isn't necessary, since it's encompased by the "[1-9][0-9]")
