RDDL: Defining terms

purpose of defining terms
In RDDL, a term is defined by a <rddl:resource>

The value of the "id" attribute is the term being defined.
The purpose is http://www.rddl.org/purposes#definition
The nature is http://www.rddl.org/natures#term

Note that you can 'click' on such a defined term and the browser takes you
right to the text definition.

Some day when I make http://www.rddl.org/ a true virtual domain of the
openhealth server, resolving the URI won't involve redirection, on the other
hand the redirection to http://www.openhealth.org/RDDL/ has been useful for
debugging purposes. Well the point is that it is the URI
http://www.rddl.org/ that is important, and the steps needed to obtain a
document from that URI are mechanics.
