I started receiving these from PayPal in January. I tried (very hard) to detail to them that one of their addresses is subscribed to a mail list and that they should be filtering those as not bona fide, or at least for human screening before responding with their "how can we help you?" automatic response. I did not receive even an acknowledgement, in any of the times I responded to new occurrences of this triggered by my posts. Very unprofessional and haughty of them. . . . . . . I never found out what the original tickets were, but it does seem that some third party was raising tickets under my name; heaven only knows what they were trying to achieve. Judging by the diligence with which Paypal followed them up, it must be a fairly rare occurrence. -- Check our site for free XML, XSLT, XSL-FO and UBL developer resources | Streaming hands-on XSLT/XPath 2 training @US$45: http://goo.gl/Dd9qBK | Crane Softwrights Ltd. _ _ _ _ _ _ http://www.CraneSoftwrights.com/m/ | G Ken Holman _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ mailto:gkholman@CraneSoftwrights.com | Google+ blog _ _ _ _ _ http://plus.google.com/+GKenHolman-Crane/posts | Legal business disclaimers: _ _ http://www.CraneSoftwrights.com/legal |
