The current version of xml.edit.xml has potential in a smart phone, in that it allows you to choose any node as the root (context) for the display by drilling down. Then to easily jump back to the real root node. http://forms-wizard.com/xex/xml.edit.xml The display consists of a current root at top left, its children underneath it, and the tree-view of the currently selected child on the right. It should be possible to hide the left hand side of the display to only work on the current child tree. http://collinta.com.au/temp/schema/forms/bb-building.xml [Note the Edit button at the end of each row in a table] I generated a suite of such XForms forms from a open-source public housing application, called Portico Estate, some time back. All the forms are here: http://collinta.com.au/temp/schema/forms/fm-request.xml http://collinta.com.au/temp/viewer.html Most of these demos will work in all browsers except IE I think.
