Native XML database agree to it!!!
Revive xqib as an add on for native XML database. They are willing, they just need help, do a quarter of the work, and they throw in the 75 for the 100!

REVIVE XQIB AS AN ADD ON FEATURE FOR NATIVE XML DATABASES! 

Going this route, xQuery could be that second language beside JavaScript... Or even first.

REVIVE XQIB!
