And why oh why

... does the MS WebBrowser control insist on returning to the top of file if a scrolltoview follows a DOM update? Sorta defeats the purpose and the ugly hack of stuffing a MsgBox in there to stop that behavior is well... ugly. It's bad enough that it doesn't have a clue what to do with a #id passed to it's Navigate method.

... does MS system.xml consider an unparsed entity reference to be a reportable bug with high severity?

Death to the first responder telling me I need better tools. :)

I know. These are not strictly speaking "xml-dev" topics of interest but who else can I whine to?
