Any worth-while linking spec (for me) ought to be able to assert a link
between the "Alice Birpemswick" and a person (their email address, their
home page, their google plus page, etc., all of these) and the phrase
"Creative Commons License" to creativecommons.org.

This can be done with XLink, in theory...
