[XML-DEV Mailing List Archive Home] [By Thread] [By Date] [Recent Entries] [Reply To This Message] listing of proposed XML revisions?
I'm wondering if I missed it in the flood, but has anyone posted a collection of XML simplification projects? In addition to recent postings, I'm aware of: XML-SW - http://www.textuality.com/xml/xmlSW.html (Tim Bray's Skunkworks proposal, complete with marching skunks) Common XML - http://www.simonstl.com/articles/cxmlspec.txt - (an offshoot of Simplified Markup Language work) I can't track down what happened to Simplified Markup Language, beyond its veering into YAML <http://www.yaml.org/>. That project is still alive and well, and might be the right answer for folks who want to go beyond JSON's capabilities for programmer-friendly data structures. If there's a central listing of these somewhere, I'd love to know about it. Thanks, -- Simon St.Laurent http://simonstl.com/
