There are no elements with two attributes of the same local name with two explicit namespace prefixes whose URI strings are the same value. XML imposes no restrictions on duplicate attribute content ... only on the duplicate expanded name of attributes, which isn't allowed. I hope this helps. . . . . . . . . . .
